9dpt = Beta day

Look what i woke up to this morning??



So i got my ass in the car and drove to Quest to get my beta. I came home and peed on a FRER and a dollar store stick and they both came up 2 lines right away.

My 2 nurses that i love with all my heart (Greta & Justine) both called me (i can't believe i'm typing this) and my beta is 308!!!

I go back on Friday for a repeat beta. I just hope it's a good one!

I always love to hear about peoples symptoms or what they did different that cycle so here goes:

Symptoms:
about 4-5dpt i got this sharp poking pain in my right ovary (as mentioned in an earlier post) it was all day at times very painful.
My boobs started to hurt 2 days ago but only underneath and the sides and more so when i wore my bra. They don't look any different
Last night i had a very weird dream and didn't sleep well.
Yesterday nothing tasted right and today carrots taste like perfume
I am very hungry
I'm very easy irritated, my back hurts and i'm crampy. All signs of AF but this time i am very blessed.

Things i did different:
I took crinone,lovenox, PIO and estrace
Day of transfer i did acupuncture before and after
Day after transfer i started eating pineapple for 5 days (only the core)
I drank more water
I took a whole week off work so i wasn't stressed out at all
Stayed off the bump so i didn't see any BFP's that would stress me out and make me feel pressured. (of course i checked up on a few nesties that i care alot about and saw some very good news from them as well. You know who you are :)

I think that's it...I just took it really easy and ate food that were good for me.

Looks like i'll be taking lovenox for 26 weeks. This does suck but i'll do anything to keep this pregnancy.

I'm in total shock right now. Just starting to be happy for ourselves. can't wait until DH comes home. He knows about it but i haven't been able to see him to kiss on him yet.

I'll post later & tell you how we told our parents. They are the only ones other than you ladies of course that will know until friday.
