9 1/2 mos...how time flies

They are doing soooo much right now. Here's the low down

Feeding - Brody is eating anything i put in front of him like a pro. He also eats his puree's which is surprising. He just eats really slow at times and get's very messy. He loves puffs, yogurt melts, wagon wheels and baby mum mums. Maisy is a really good eater but she doesn't like solids yet. She'll eat stage 3 but that's about it. If i even go near her with finger foods she turns her head and sticks her tongue out. She loves puffs, yogurt melts, wagon wheels and baby mum mums as well. She's a pro at eating those. i am going to introduce cheerios this week. They are still taking 4 bottles 2 6.5oz, 1 6oz and the last 7.5. They don't finish any of them though.

Sleeping - Maisy is a champ. Sleeps from 7pm to 6am when i wake her most nights. Brody is a nightmare. He is up mult x's during the night. Naps are also becoming hard for him.

Talking- Brody is saying dada & mama and sounds like he's trying to say something else lol. It's mostly babbling. Maisy just gahhs and makes loud sounds. No words yet. They both have a great laugh as well which i hear quite often.

Crawling - they are both doing this now. Maisy started at 8.5 mos.

Pulling up/walking - Both are pulling themselves up. Maisy has been doing this since 8.5 mos. She is also walking behind a walker all the way across the room. Brody is trying to do the same thing. They can both stand without holding on to anything for like 30 seconds!

Clothing- Brody is mostly in 12 mos clothes due to his length. Maisy is in 6-9 & 12. Shoe size is a 3 but i think 4 is what they will be very soon.

Teeth - none yet :(. I'm dreading the process. From what i read on other blogs this is a very had period to go through. But i can't wait to see them with teeth!!!

Their 10 mos check up is on Aug 8th and i'll post how much they weigh. Can't believe they will be a yr old soon.

Maisy is standing!!!

Today my daughter pulled herself up to a standing position all on her own, multiple times. I am so proud of my little woman. She looked like she was wanted to walk too so i'm sure within the next few weeks she'll be walking.

Now if her brother could follow suit that would be great!!! he isn't even on all 4's yet...has no interest. I put him on all 4's and he just rolls over. I think eventually he'll get it if i show him enough. But that's ok..he is usually a few weeks behing my little smarty pants Maisy.

Yes i cried...like a baby.

Brody - 19 1/2 pds 27 3/4"
Maisy - 19 pds 27 1/2"

8 mos old!!

My little cupies are 8 mos old today. They are getting the cutest personalities and the fun milestones have begun.

Brody - says mama & dada (dada first), sits up on his own pretty good, stands almost unattended as long as he's holding onto something, does army crawl somewhat

Maisy - says mama as of today!!! Sits up on her own like a champ! Rocks back and forth on all 4's, crawls backwards, goes from all 4's to the sitting position and is trying to go from all 4's to the standing position!!

They are both rolling around like mad on the changing table which drives me absolutely bonkers!!!! This i have no patience for at all. I try to give them stuff to play with but it doesn't work for Maisy...

Both have been on solids 3x's a day since 6 mos old. I introduced puffs & baby mum mums at 6.5mos and tried pancakes today. It was a semi success. Maisy gagged alot. Brody ate like a champ.

Today they were pretty cranky. Maisy just cried most of the day. Nothing was making that child happy. She'd better wake up tomorrow with a damn tooth or something! She was sick as well since sat (now wed) and has a really boogie nose that she will NOT let me wipe. If i even try she breaks out into a full on tear filled cry for like 2 mins.

This weekend we are getting a baby pool!! Yay!!! So i'll post some pics of them in their cutie outfits.

The babies are 5mos and a week!

We just got over the croup. Ugh..it was horrible. We all got a cold as well and no one was sleeping. It was terrible. I'm back to work full time so it was rough. They are finally sleeping again but i'm worried about the time change tonight because we are losing an hour. But we'll see....

I love taking photos of them. I have 1000's lol...i think it's because i have no pics of me as a baby. Sad i know...We are re-doing our house as well. So i am going to print a bunch of these and put them on our walls. It'll be really hard to edit. If it were up to me i'd have every square inch of my walls covered with photos of them haha.

I got a promotion at work yay! I am now a marketing specialist. I got a pay raise and an office. I'm so happy. Now i'll put a bunch of photos of them in there too.

Well gotta go make bottles. The babies have been sleeping really well today for naps. I hope that means they'll sleep good tonight! Unfortunately naps during the day don't usually matter for night sleep. They could sleep good and sleep like crap at night..or not have good naps but sleep all night. I just hope they start sleeping through the night soon. I'm one tired mommy....

Babies are a little over 4 mos

Ugh...i've been awful. I just hate being on the computer now that i'm back to work.
The babies had their 4 mos well check today and shots. They did so good. They cried but it didn't last long and they did great.

Brody is 15.10 26" long and Maisy is 14.14 and 25.5" long. They are doing really well.

Maisy sleeps all night most nights. From 7 - 7...Brody however is doing very badly lately. He used to just wake a few times a night for the binky or sleep from 7 to 5am. Now i have to pick him up to put him back to sleep. I think i have my MIL to blame for that. She puts him to bed for naps already asleep. Not good.

Nothing new here except work sucks. I got offered basically a 2nd full time job for not enough money but i need to take it to further my career. I'm exhausted from being up half the night and find it hard to concentrate. So i really hope i can handle it. I need the extra money.

I did a photo shoot which i have posted a few pics for you to see how big they are now. I did this one myself and i am so proud of myself lol...
